Turbine flowmeter is one type speed flow meter. When the measured liquid flows through the turbine sensor, the impeller is forced to rotate under the action of the media, and turbine flow meter sensor speed is proportional to the average flow velocity of the pipeline. At the same time, the blades are periodically cutting the magnetic field lines generated by the electromagnet, and the magnetic flux of the coil is changed. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, an electric pulse signal is induced in the coil. The frequency of the electric pulsation signal is directly proportional to the flow of the measured fluid.
1/4” liquid turbine flow transmitter is used for low viscous and clean liquid, such as petroleum, organic liquid, inorganic liquid, solvent, ethanol, chemical additives solution .
The mag flowmeter uses Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction to determine the liquid flowing in the pipeline. In a full bore magmeter, a magnetic field is generated and directed to a liquid flowing through a pipe. According to Faraday's law, an electrode that detects a voltage signal resulting from the flow of a conductive liquid through a magnetic field is located on the wall of the flow tube. When the media moves faster, more voltage is generated. In the state of Faraday's law, the voltage generated is proportional to the voltage signal of the electron emitter of the moving liquid to determine the flow of the liquid for processing.
Compared with many other flowmeter technologies, the signal generated by magnetic type flowmeter technology has a linear relationship with the flow rate. Therefore, the range ratio to the inline mag flowmeter is close to 20: 1 or better.

Oval gear flowmeter is a type of positive displacement meter. It is used for accurate continuous or intermittent measurement of liquid. It is especially suitable for flow measurement of high viscosity media such as heavy oil, polyvinyl alcohol, resin, etc. Microfluidic flow meter oval gear type can measure additive, perfume, distilled water or pure water measurement or used as low volume fuel flow meter
DN 6mm micro oval gear flow meter is with pulse output, the flow it can detect is 0.5-100 liter/h. this low flow flow meter can even reach to 0.5% high accuracy and the oval meter can max bear 50 bar operation pressure. The wet parts material for oval gear flow sensor is stainless steel 316L or aluminum.
