Sodium chlorate is an inorganic substance with a chemical formula of NaClO3. It is mainly used in industry to produce chlorine dioxide, sodium chlorite, perchlorate and other chlorates. 1g Sodium chlorate is dissolved in about 1ml cold water, 0.5ml boiling water, about 130ml ethanol, 50ml boiling ethanol, 4ml glycerin.

Flow meter for dosing sodium chlorite is not easy to find, because it is normally running at extremely low flow rate at such as 0-100 LPH, hence Sodium Hypochlorite Measurement is a tough job. We normally supply flow meter starting from 1/2 Inch, while for sodium hypochlorite system design we need around 3mm, 4mm or 6mm size flow meter. Sodium hypochlorite water treatment volume dosage need low flow flow meter, also it should be anti-corrosive liquid flow meter.

Gear flow meter for sodium chlorite measurement

Gear Flow meter with PP material is a good solution for sodium chlorite solution measurement; PP material can be used as acid flow meter, gear flow meter can be equipped with pulse output or 4-20mA output.
