SGW-D series Gas turbine flow meter has built-in temperature sensor and pressure sensor which can calculate the standard flow rate of gas and air.  Other series gas turbine flow meters measure the actual volume of gas passing through the flow sensor per hour irrespective of pressure and temperature, SGW-D series turbine meter with temperature and pressure compensation, the volumetric flow rate of a gas is corrected to “standardized” conditions of pressure and temperature. Gas turbine flow meter can measure air and gas flow rate, such as natural gas, biogas, nitrogen, LPG,CO2, O2, He.,etc., SGW-D series in-line type turbine flow meter can show gas temperature,pressure ,flow rate and total flow informaiton on the digital display.

SGW–D series Gas turbine Flow meter has below advantages and merits:

  • The Gas flow senor body is made of stainless steel with high strength and good corrosion resistance.
  • It integrates microprocessor, temperature sensor and pressure sensor to directly measure the flow, temperature and pressure of the measured medium, and automatically performs temperature and pressure compensation and compression factor correction of the flow.
  • The use of the new fourth-generation tunnel magnetoresistive signal sensor (TMR) greatly enhances the gas turbine flow senor's immunity to electromagnetic interference.
  • It adopts low-power design and can be powered by lithium battery. The battery can be used continuously for more than 4 years. It can also be connected to external power supply,24VDC.
  • The gas turbine flow transmitter has pulse signal output, 4-20mA analog signal output, RS485 (MODBUS-RTU protocol) communication output, and IC card signal output, which can be used with IC card prepaid system for custody transfer purpose.
  • The special liquid crystal display (with backlight), the reading is clear and convenient, and can display the instantaneous flow rate of the standard condition, the instantaneous flow rate of the working condition, the total flow rate of the standard condition, and the temperature and pressure of the measuring medium.
  • Turbine Gas turbine flow transmitter has real-time data storage function to prevent data loss when the gas turbine flow meter suddenly loses power. In the power outage state, internal data can be permanently saved.
  • SGW-D series Gas flow meter with temperature and pressure compensation has reliable electromagnetic compatibility design, good anti-interference performance, and high reliability, meet the electromagnetic compatibility test requirements of JJG1037-2008 standard.
  • Removable fully enclosed movement structure, strong anti-impurity, high precision, low pressure loss and good interchangeability
  • It adopts imported precision bearings for the gas turbine flow sensor, which has good wear resistance and high stability. At the same time, it improves the lower limit sensitivity of the gas flow instrument and reduces the starting flow.
