industry. Pressure measurement is of the utmost importance in the process
industry plants as they can provide information on the state of matter,
material or energy balance, chemical reaction conditions, and the safety of the
apparatus or plant. For the proper definition of pressure gauges, it is
necessary to know in what conditions the operation takes place as well as the
basic technical characteristics of the pressure gauge. The most important
defining features are:

The measuring range or maximum working fluid pressure should be
