Working Principle of the Color Paperless Recorder

The channel board CPU communicates with the main board CPU every 0.2 seconds, transmitting data that is processed, converted into engineering values or curves, and displayed in various screens on the LCD. The CPU stores this data in both RAM and the FLASH memory card and manages alarm settings, displaying alarms via corresponding relay outputs. User commands from the keyboard are processed through the CPU, and data is printed through the RS-232 interface as per the user’s print settings.

Hardware Structure of the Color Paperless Recorder
