Insertion type electromagnetic flowmeter is a new type of flow meter developed on the basis of inline magnetic flowmeter. The installation of pipeline mag meter is difficult and expensive when the pipeline is large, such as 10”, 12” 16” pipeline, so we develop insertable electromagnetic flow meters for large pipe line .Insertion mag flow meter can be installed without cutting of the fluids flow, it can be mounted on cast iron pipes or cement pipes
The Insertion flow meter is used to measure conductive liquids, and is especially suitable for large size pipeline measurement. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food, water treatment and other industries. The biggest advantage is that the anti-vibration performance is particularly good, no zero drift, and high reliability.

Insertion thermal mass flow meter – for gas flow measurement

The insertion type thermal mass flow meter is designed based on the principle of thermal diffusion. The gas flow measurement instrument uses the constant temperature difference method to accurately measure the gas. Comparing to inline type thermal flow meter, insertable gas flow meter is used in large pipeline gas or air measurement, it is used when the pipeline is over 4 inches.
