Latex flow measurement is a tough job

1. Viscosity Variation: Latex viscosity can change depending on its composition and processing conditions, affecting measurement accuracy, traditional turbine flow meter cannot measure latex flow rate.
2. Density Fluctuation: Latex density may vary based on dry rubber content (DRC), requiring a flow meter that accounts for mass flow measurement instead of just volumetric flow measurement. 3. Non-Newtonian Behavior: Some latex formulations exhibit non-Newtonian characteristics, making them difficult to measure using conventional flow meters.

7. A mass flow meter can measure multiple parameters. In addition to measuring the instantaneous flow rate of latex paint, it can also measure the totalized flow, density, temperature, and pressure of the latex paint.
