Our SFM/C series micro flow meter and small flow meter provide fast and accurate measurement of volume flow and mass flow for various process fluids. Designed for low-viscosity liquids at low flow rates, they are ideal for measuring water, solutions, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, steam, air, and gases.
The integrated flow controller features a high-speed proportional control valve for precise fluid flow control. Built-in vent holes make it easy to remove air, ensuring stable operation. The digital display of micro flow meter/controller allows users to set flow parameters, adjust PID valve control, and manage operations via simple button controls. It also supports analog input/output and RS-485 digital communication for seamless system integration.
With no moving parts or thermal components, our SFM/C series small flow meter and controller are highly durable, vibration-resistant, and unaffected by installation orientation. The system uses internally compensated laminar flow differential pressure technology, ensuring smooth and stable flow measurement across a wide range.

The SFM/C series digital mass flow meters and flow controllers are widely used in process manufacturing, food analysis, analytical testing, and fluid metering applications.
With multivariable measurement and a 50:1 adjustable turndown ratio, a single mass flow meter or flow controller can replace multiple devices, optimizing efficiency and cost. These small flow meters provide high accuracy (±1%), repeatability (±1%), and an ultra-fast control response time of less than 200 milliseconds, ensuring stable and precise fluid flow control in various industrial processes.
